Where do you buy property in the UK?

We buy property from every town and city throughout the UK.

 

Do you charge to view a property?

There's no charge at all for viewing your property. We would need to discuss the location, condition and size of your house over the phone before arranging to view it.

 

How much does your service cost?

We don't charge any fees at all. In fact, we pay up to £500 for your solicitor expenses.

 

How soon could you buy my house?

The time it takes us to buy your house depends greatly on your specific needs and the legal process. We can usually exchange legal contracts within a matter of days if this is required, and we can often complete in a timescale which meets your needs.

 

When would I have to vacate the house?

If you sell your house to us, we can discuss your preferred date for vacating the property. We will reach an agreement with you, prior to commencing, which will hopefully fit in with your requirements.
